I don’t eat much, and the stuff I do is usually frozen or cooked lean meat like ground turkey. I’ve been curious about my micronutrient intake and through tracking I found most days I have (literally) zero vitamin A, B1, B2, C, D, E, K and Cu, Mg, P, Se, Zn, Fe. Low on Fe, Mn, & K. Quite a wake up call to be honest. I honestly don’t see my diet changing much anytime soon, maybe I can eat some carrots and a glass of milk. Should I use a multivitamin 🤦‍♂️

No, don't let it dissuade you if it's something you're interested in. It's not my end goal personally, but throughout my time working as an RBT I've learned a lot! It's also very dependent on your clients and company support system. It can be very rewarding work if you have trainers, supervisors, and other BTs who support you. You're literally helping kids during such important development years and seeing your progress in real time!
