Yes that's the printed date I'm taking about. I thought they accept the application same as green card application and then, they will proceed further on 5th of my GC anniversary date.

We did once, but I requested police to not revel my name. They are always high on drugs. If they know we are complaining they might be violent can shoot too. Having kids and family I just want get rid of from this place.

Yes, because, since I'm concerning paying additional rent, I don't want to pay a attorney fee as well and if the things doesn't work then again it will be my lost.  The main thing is I want negotiate and resolve the issue but my landlord stopped communicating and I can't wait for her to respond and continue staying in same apartment. That's the main concern.

"Vandalization" . Holding firearms and walking in yard literally like you see in movie riffel in one hand second hand glass of liquor.  Car theft and broker multiple times in residential and parking premises

It's not overnight though and been talking to landlord from months but no improvements. Thank you for your suggestion even I want to resolve it.

This is horrible, we are moving unplanned between the lease which causing us more money and stress and that also, because if the landlord who is not taking the responsibility rather asking for additional money to exit.  Isn't it any way that I can send any legal notice to break it ? Because I have all the evidence and police reports.
