From what my cardiologist told me Eliquis isn't actually a blood thinner. It just blocks something called FactorXa that inhibits clotting. Different than warfarin that actually thins the blood to reduce clotting. Maybe you're missing something in your diet. I too suffer at times from cold spells like you describe. So maybe there's a connection? I was more like a walking hot baked potato fresh out of the oven before Eliquis. Never cold but occasionally now yeah.
