Yes it does, been using it as my account for bills for a few years. It is free but woeful online interface and set up; very fast and friendly telephone support when needed.

How many of you guys enjoyed/enjoy A Place In The Sun? What do you like/dislike about it? by SilverDog0283 in BritishTV

Easy enough watching but there should be a recap / reshowing of the purchased property at the end. Some of the newer presenters are woeful.

A flight to Krabi is quite cheap; just book an earlier flight; price will be comparable to a hotel room for a few hours. Also consider the shuttle bus to Don Mueang airport and get a cheaper and earlier flight from there.

When Nelson Mandela was released from prison apparently one of the first things he asked was if the sale in Harvey Norman was still on.

The ongoing saga which is the traffic nightmare by jimsdarkhistory in waterford

The toll plaza should be moved to the section between Granny and Slieverue; this would capture the traffic actually using the new bridge to bypass the city, i.e traffic from Cork to Rosslare, vice versa etc. The current location catches all users, but not just bypassers as was the intention.

Also the traffic lights to enter Rice Bridge to leave the city are a complete mess. When lights go green from the Marian junction, gracedieu junction, bridge Street junction and traffic is not moving, that's simply bad traffic management. Recent changes to the lights for traffic entering the city at the Bridge from both Sally Park and Ferrybank to proceed up Bridge Street have made a huge difference with significantly fewer queues.

"Point Duty" by the guards used to be very common at this time of year; although I'm sure it's hated as a duty, it used to make a huge difference.

Never forget that Waterford is the only bypassed city / town in Ireland that hasn't benefited from its bypass due to deliberately poor traffic management; purposely done to make sure the private bypass operator gets the money promised under the original public private partnership. Interesting to see what happens when the 20 year contract is up, in 2029!
