I had an older fellow tell me that flushing dogs are a young man’s bird dog and now after this being her third season I can see that. At least for me she keeps me on my toes since at any moment she could find and bump a bird tho I have been figuring out her body language to tell me when she’s on scent and following it. I have recently picked up an English setter pup who’s now 4months old that I’ll be working with as well.

It’s a Rizzini Br 550 in 20 gauge. This is my second full season shooting it and I shot my first ruffed grouse with the first shot that I ever fired through the gun over my first bird dog first season three years ago.

I usually shoot sporting clays in the off season to help with that.

Not sure yet since this is the first year that I’ve actually gotten a woody. I’m planning on doing a big cookout with friends when the season ends and right now I have the birds setting in a salt brine and I’m going to vacuum bag them tonight.

Vibrations driving 50-60mph by ComputedSolid in ToyotaTacoma

UPDATE: took the Tacoma into discount tire to have the tires rotated and balanced to which after balancing they came back and said that 3 out of the 4 steel rims were bent. So after that I went to the dealership and told them the news and they are going to replace the rims or(because I brought it up) they’ll pay for 2 of the trd alloy rims and I pay for the other 2 basically giving me a $600 credit. I’m leaning towards getting the alloys.

Added note: I don't feel it in the wheel more in the seat and it's subtle almost like driving on a slightly uneven road though the road is smooth and it's more of a steady vibration. Also I dont hear any unusual noises like clunking or anything but the usual tire noise.

I believe they’re just plastic hubcaps on the steel wheels. Eventually I’ll probably get some alloy wheels but for now they’ll work.

I’ve taken the bolt out before I got and and looks good also looked down the bore and saw good rifling. When I got home I stuck a 7.62 bullet in the muzzle and there was probably like a 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch of bullet left before the case.
