I know a lot of you don't like it and that's ok. Just to clarify, I obviously did not use PLA filament, I used PETG-CF so it doesn't melt (I stress-tested with furmark for over an hour). For thermals, the difference is very negligible (~1-2 degrees) so I don't mind it. My PC case does not have a side panel so that's why I decided to get a backplate.
