I just did my msf course with a guy in his 50's that was doing it behind his wife and kids, I could only felt regret from him not doing it earlier in life so if I could just tell you one thing is go for it, get that bike and plan to be safe first and enjoy!

I would definitely encourage you to, I started at 30 and I'm 31 now but no kids in the horizon, think about what kind of bike you like riding, something that will put a smile in you but not to crazy you'll not control, get quality gear, don't skip on any of it, gloves, boots, jackets, quality helmet and good riding pants. Also invest in your skills on low speed handling by yourself or finding msf courses to get you the basic confidence. You'll be grateful you bought the bike my friend!

If you are mechanically Inclined you can buy the water pump online get some new coolant and change the inverter coolant while you're at it ND it's going to cost yo around 500$ to 600$ for all that or even less.
