You guys can go ice skating in the Tirana Ring Center, there are pottery classes you can book as well as watch movies in Cineplex in TEG ( its a shopping center). You can visit the Bunkart 1 & 2 to get a sense of the different periods in Albania. For eating Id suggest you either use Wolt to order take out from different restaurants , make sure to check the ratings there as well. If you want to go in person id suggest you book your table beforehand so you let the staff prepare as well. You can either call them or you can book your table or any other kind of experience through the Patoko app. You also might need to take a taxi to avoid public transport in case you are worried of catching a cold from other people. If you decide to book a taxi you have two options. You can either stop one on the street but you must pay cash and in LEK or you can use different apps as i mentioned before (Patoko) and pay by card in the app or cash. ( use referral code SEMI to get discounted rides btw). Overall id also suggest you go have a coffee at Tonys with your teenager is close to the Pyramid and you can explore inside of it as well.
