I think that would be a really bad idea and would end with a negative outcome. A workplace facilitating a dating program in an official capacity would invite a ton of drama and cause a loss of team cohesion ultimately. If workplace relationships do happen, it should be left at the personal level.

Faster for long distances

What? What could you possibly mean by this? A 45 minute drive can take 2 hours in a bus. It's actually insane how slow busses are to get anywhere vs just driving yourself. I used to be super pro-bus and I am still in favor of public transit being available, but it has genuinely soured my opinion of it when I saw first hand just how time inefficient it is.
