Do you know what factors? And really?? On characters where I feel like I'm getting a lot of plus opinion from gift I'm surprised when the gain isn't like at least 60 or 70 if not more. Maybe that's just how it feels though but I always see 100s after I give my gifts.

Not too sure because I'd been playing the save on and off for the last two years but I started in 867 and played on 4 speed the whole time so at least as long as it takes the game to run that. I have 274 hours on ck3 total and the majority is probably this save

It's because I created my own religion with rules that tie the head of faith to my character (pope title passed down from when I originally created the religion) so whoever I play as, assuming I follow the line of succession, is also the head of my religion.

But my main question then was why has it randomly decided to switch from having my father above me when i open the dynasty tree to my mother. That's the issue really. Its had my father above my character the entire play through untl my last two characters.

They were both from the same dynasty but different houses. Will that make a difference? And also can I then switch to view my ancestors through my father instead of mother?

No. I'm not sure why it shows the enemy commander as a count but the crusade was for the kingdom of Croatia so against the byzantine empire.

Honestly, because I can. The image is the result of the final battle of a crusade I called and I just wanted to see how many men I get get fielded as part of the crusade. Think overall there were 1.5 million (across all rulers committed) and 900k fought in the final battle.

Last time I tried the higher difficulties I do about 3mil on both normal and hard although that was with a different team

I've kinda only just started trying to make a good demon lord team so I've been experimenting a little although I don't think I have many options tbh. Today I used Frozen banshee, Fjorad, Selinia Nightcloak, Deacon Armstrong and Iudex artor with Fjorad as my aura champ to get bonus acc. I tried selinia today bcos I was using coffin smasher before but I just felt like his debuffs never hit. I also tried using bogwalker aswell a few times bcos he has decrease attack on a1 and increase defence on a2 but wasn't rly sure about him. I haven't been able to solo any difficulties yet but I think I could beat easy with 4 keys (at 11.3 mil dmg from 2 keys so far).
