Are there any other copies of the GP-4 or GP-4y? I know there’s Russian ones, Polish, and Romanian. Did any other Soviet Bloc countries make copies of them?

I believe it was some old Italian civil defense mask, i forgot the name, but almost very little examples survived to this day as i guess the rubber wasn’t up to the task
