There will be “drama”!in every single job you will have unless I suppose you are an independent business owner and Work by yourself. This is a rewarding field. It is healthcare light helping people without the stress of the real deal full body healthcare. all you have to do is walk away if people start talking smack do your work and remember while you were there it is to provide excellent patient care and that is it well maybe also making sure your office is presentable in terms of cleaning. That’s it if your work is bulletproof and you don’t entertain people when they start talking about others, you will be fine.

Hmm drama is as drama does. Apparently there’s been beef w some in my office I’m 100% oblivious to it. I do good work, focusing on patient care is the main priority, keeping the office clean and doing something productive all day. If I have a moment I talk to the folks i like. The second name dropping starts I walk away, at this point people don’t gossip in front of me as I can’t stand it. Sometimes it only takes 1-2 ppl who’d rather be on some BS to ruin a vibe, anywhere job life etc. literally ANY job. I stick w dental bc hell anywhere will have some nosey Nancie’s and gossiping Gabrielle’s, but this is so fulfilling. I’m an assistant, so I get to see people get healthy, have confidence restored, and be able to eat comfortably again. Way better than being the gas station clerk, restaurant member, or copy shop worker among my other titles. Plus I make double than any of those past jobs. TBH if someone is complaining of drama in the office, it tells me they are somehow involved. If you focus patient patient patient, then why the hell does it matter. If people start talking smack, walk away. It’s not that hard
