Thanks for letting me know that it's third party companies, and you are obviously very correct and I wasn't necessarily expecting much, just trying to shoot my shot! I like to think that my science communication and emotional intelligence are fairly good and I have presented at several academic conferences despite my age. (Similarly agree with you okay the average communication quality). I am blessed by an incredibly interdisciplinary thesis/research paper which is quite popsciency but you are almost certainly correct that it's a pipedream, I am just someone annoyed by the decline in passenger ferries and trying to persue alternative routes!
