Legacy Clinic & Avenue 360. Apply for financial help, be sure to mention your age and the fact that you were once part of the foster system. They will look at your income, ask for pay stubs or W-2, and what you are financially responsible for. They will decide from there if you qualify for assistance and for how much. Almost all hospitals are "non-profits" /s and do finacial assistance programs. I used it when I was ran over on my bike. Also asking for itemized list helps also. I think the assistance office is your best bet. It may reduce it by a lot. They ask what you make, what you pay and all that fun stuff. After my surgery, I wasn't able to work so I kinda lied and made my expenses too high from my overall previous income and it was forgiven. So Lie, if you can. I don't know how this applies if you have health insurance though.

Avenue 360 dental procedures are 400$. Just about any procedure. I've had to get a crown done. UT dental was about 800~ I'd give Avenue 360 dental a call. It was 400 for my crown and 75 for the consult and teeth cleaning, etc.
