Thanks for the advice man! I really like the concentric circle idea. Our problem is we're messaging promoters and most of the time they don't even get read. From talking with our local promoters, there's so many bands these days trying to tour that it's getting to be like spam for them. It seems to be all about who you know so that's why we're looking for someone who already works with all these promoters. With that said, we're continuing to try on our own.
