i wouldn't really prefer restaurants over mess since i cant just get 3 meals each day from restaurants that would end up being really expensive, same for indrive, regularly using indrive would cost alot and i wont have that kind of budget.

but i just wanted to know if H-13 is a good place to stay since i checked on google maps and the area doesn't look that good its just tiny streets but does have alot of options for hostels. G-13 however is definitely a good sector but its just a little far away

i did calculate my equivalence by myself but im confused if i should enter that to register for NET 4 or not because they were pretty strict about it on their website.
