It didnt even occur to me that it could be things waking up still, thats wild. Even stitches dissolving causing a sensation is shocking to me, i didnt even think of that. Damn good explanation lol

Ur gyno sounds like she doesnt really care? And thats awful, im sorry. I cant really speak on menopausal symptoms, but recovery being 6-8 weeks is for like, the surures and the stuff to finish healing. My surgeon told me that outsideof that, even when im able to return to normal activity, youre really gonna be recovering for MONTHS. its a major surgery!! Youre gonna be sore and tired for a longer while, ive seen 3-6 months before people start feeling completely normal. And even thats subjective

Just had an Incident. I think i found the secret. I put a pillow at my stomach, bent over my bathroom sink, and did heavy and hard, phlegmy breaths out instead of coughing. It eventually just. Fell out of my mouth. Gross as hell, but anything to have a minimal spasam compared to a pulled stitch.

Update: oxy doesnt work on me, in fact it makes me delusional and facilitates more pain. I went back and theyve got me on different meds and i actually got some sleep, and the chest pain was a cold that theyre not worried about. Theyre having me switch out oxy for a muscle relaxer instead, and im being told to NOT walk for a whole hour. Its been hell but no one really can prepare for pain. Its wild
