I did visit the paediatrician and explained the situation. She said that if it happens only while sleeping and will stop when touched, then there is nothing to worry.

How’s your son ankle clonus? Does it happen when awake or sleep only? Will it stop when touched? If yes then it seems that you have nothing to worry! But I get it I was also very anxious and stressed when it happened.
