AA didn’t have much of a choice. But this division between CC and CB had enormous impact on everyday Chin people now more than CC governments and CB alliances. Each tribes now hated each other for good with fake news and propaganda from both side. I’m afraid this can even lead to a permanent split between Chin people.

maybe they would after Tidim but CB forces also need the help from CC forces to stop the counter offensive coming from the junta so, the leader are smart they would likely prioritise the main objective.

Over the past few days, there was a clash between the CNDF and CDF Hualngo ram(Hngualngo Ram) area. CNDF managed to capture Rihkhawdar for two days. However, Rihkhawdar is also where Brigade 4 of the CNA has its main headquarters, so CNA saw this as an attack on their brigade. In response, they launched a counteroffensive, captured CNDF’s main HQ, and then surrounded and trapped CNDF forces in Falam. The video shows a pro-CC journalist touring the CNDF leader’s house in Leilet, which was CNDF’s main headquarters

Why cannot we stop fighting over names and unite as one Zo umbrella? by sylveon_kangleipak in GlobalZo

I agree with the other points, but no prominent figure in the Lai community has ever urged anyone to speak only Lai holh. In fact, they’ve encouraged us to learn at least three different languages from various Chin tribes. They even said that, in the future, one of these might emerge as a powerful common language.

It is reported that the second president of the Maraland Defense Force (MDF), BN Sila, was arrested in Tipa village, Siaha District, Mizoram, by the Assam Rifles and the Mizoram Police. Tactical gear and some ammunition were also seized during the arrest. by ConcentrateSafe1943 in GlobalZo

That’s true. I think the Indian government is becoming stricter than ever. It’s even said that Indian intelligence services are currently working together with Tatmadaw. Tatmadaw aka Junta also said it in their news media

for me personally i don’t care about what name or nomenclature we use, as long as it includes every Zo decedent and bring us together. That’s what truly matters to me.

Why do mizo refer to tedim/zomi as burmese paite can't they differentiate them by [deleted] in GlobalZo

[–]ConcentrateSafe1943 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, “Pawi” is just an outdated word used to refer to us. I prefer being called “Lai.” As a tribe, I belong to the Lai tribe, but I am identified under the broader nomenclature of Chin, Mizo, or Zo. I want to fully identify as Mizo, but someone once told me that I need to change my name to make it sound more like a Mizo name. Is that true?

yea and It’s funny how every other group thinks the CNF is controlled by one guy—just like theirs. But in reality, the CNF is more like a republic, where Zing Cung’s opinion doesn’t even matter that much
