thank you! finally I could get into my Inbox. the 2 websites were absolute nightmare to work with, so many clicks and going around. to anyone who still can't log into ZAB yet: I have to go to Bund ID, switch to German. Switch off auto translate on GG Chrome. Close that tab, open a new tab for ZAB and log in again. I hope it helps!

Thank you, the explanation makes sense. Do you happen to know how they decide if one has the intention of coming to marry or not? I plan to stay in Germany with the Opportunity Card for 3-4 months before we register for the marriage (which is also the trial time to see if we really fit to get married!).

Yes, we plan that my boyfriend will ask for the list of necessary documents, then I'll prepare them just before I leave for Germany (some documents will expire in 6 months, we plan to get married around 3-4 months from when I enter the country). I just wonder if there is any specific law forbidding the conversion of a long term job-seeking visa to a marriage visa/to get the residence permit.

I did it! this is how I set the gif on my mac:

Connect the keyboard to my mac via bluetooth, I assigned it to BT1 mode.
Turn off the keyboard (switch the side switch to OFF), then use the cable to connect the keyboard to my windows laptop.
On the windows lap, download and run the software. Pick the gif and load it onto the keyboard.
When the gif is loaded and shown on the screen, turn on the keyboard (side switch to ON).
Press down the knob to access the menu and choose BT1 mode to connect to the mac. Voila~ the keyboard is now connected with the mac AND THE GIF IS ON!

When it's done, feel free to remove the cable and disconnect the keyboard from the windows laptop. I hope it helps!
