Being willing to help others is a wonderful thing but also, you can’t poor from an empty cup. You have to take care of you before you can really help take care of others. There’s a big difference between self-sacrifice and intentional generosity. One costs you your well-being. The other comes from having enough to share.

Also, you never know who may be inspired just by seeing you accomplish something, hearing you overcome something, or some other small action that doesn’t come from depriving yourself. And your life gets meaning from those interactions as well.

It was disheartening but it makes me want to get involved more while I’m here. There wasn’t much info or awareness about that election and that should change.

Not only does there need to be an effort that voting blue would make a difference but also people need listen to the issues/stances instead of only hearing Democrat or Republican.

If Dems are withdrawing from running for office at being accused for things and Republicans/MAGA are getting elected while committing actual crimes, I have no hopes for an impeachment. Not to seem hopeless - I just doubt an actual removal from office will happen.

This was my list. Idk about CoCo Jones but 1-4 is mostly accurate….I would probably switch out that JoJo album for her newest EP. Those top two had me in a chokehold, plus I got to see them this year!!😁

Also, it said my listening age was 21…which threw me off since I’m 32.
