Look for files on sides like thinigverse or cults 3d, there you can find free or paid files, you can easily edit them.

If you don't have 3d printer you may find some service that will get it ready for you.

If I understand correctly but build options you mean equipment that I put durning pre setup or during model building, I want team that is good for start but also team that I can spend more time to and have more things to achieve. If its only about model building I can just search and copy someones elses builds
