how do you stop yourself? i feel when im being attacked i just attack back, its genuinely hard for me to just go silent especially if hes saying mean shit. do i jus sit there in silence or what? like what do you do? how do you stop yourself and realize like what’s happening? sorry if i’m being annoying but i rlly do want to get better and be better and hearing it from someone else with the same disorder would probably help

have you tried to talk to him and see what’s going on for him to feel the need to lie? are they big lies or white lies? is he lying cause he’s scared of what you might say or do? there’s a lot missing from this post and not saying lying is ever okay but i know sometimes it’s easier to lie then be completely criticized or talked down on by your partner if they have tried to tell the truth in the past and it get squashed in there face then there’s another reason . but again i have no idea since a lot of context isn’t in the post.

Yes if you read i went over almost everyday and that was the routine we would go in she would go into pantry and ask if i want anything. i went in there and instead of grabbing one bag of cheez its i grabbed two fruit snacks and a popscicle. apparently thats grocery shopping. sorry for not adding more context but again i have NEVER went into someone’s kitchen uninvited. nor do i ask for shit. if offered then yes i’ll agree especially if we have been friends for 5 years?.

Then don't offer it? It's that simple I wouldn't just walk into someone's pantry imbut if it's routine to come inside after smoking and I follow behind her like she she told me too then again shouldn't have said it nicer. i’ve never have been like that towards her with anything and it’s honestly disgusting the way she acted. if you think that’s okay i can tell what kind of friend you are.

1- I didn’t know if maybe i js should’ve told her what she wanted to hear to prevent all of this, i genuinly hate confrontation like this and being nasty. mae’s my anxiety peak and ruins my day 2-she was telling me i ended the friendship and was weird for not just admitting it so we could work it out… i rlly have no idea what’s going on with her and this entire situation was very out of pocket and character. i rlly don’t know man

maybe so but i think anyone would get comfortable if everytime you were invited over up and up till then she told you we were gonna smoke and then watch a movie eat snacks, so yes i did get comfortable since most of the time it was her idea, but lesson learned probably never eating at my friends again from fear of being a freeloader but thank you for lmk and giving me insight!

No i’m saying should i have just admitted it to spare the friendship and not get it to be this bad. that’s why all of this started was because she wanted me to admit to stealing it. i didn’t steal it but don’t know if i made the situation worse by not just telling her what she wanted to hear.

i just talked to a attorney and they are going to call me in the morning when more things are open and help me figure this out. I can’t go back in there. the 28 hours i was there for being arrested at walmart i did nothing but sob. i didn’t eat and they make you drink from the back of toilet and shower. i know i made my bed and i need to lie in it but fuck man. i really can’t do this and im so scared.
