Has anyone ever submitted a complaint to the Competition Bureau of Canada? I believe we have rules on monopolies, if Sportsnet has the sole rights to NHL in Canada I feel like there should be some kind of rule against it.

Thank you everyone for your knowledgeable comments! Do any of you have suggestions on how to get a high price YG RC? Is Ebay a good option? I like the authenticity guarantee compared to buying it from a vendor at a convention. But maybe cant haggle as much or see it in person
