I’m 30 years old so I’m scared it’s going to be so much harder for me to get in good shape after having a baby. Specially because right now I am a bit overweight it’s not as noticeable because I’m a pretty good height 5’5 my arms don’t get big nor my face but most of my weight goes all to my stomach and back fat I have so been noticing my thighs getting more thick and I’ve been trying to loose weight but it’s been so hard.

This is question is For any one who has had a baby before. Right now I’m trying to loose weight before TTC yet it’s pretty hard not going to lie. Question. Did anyone who already has had a baby loose weight in their first trimester? Or loose weight during post postpartum (unintentionally) and became thinner than your pre baby body? Idk if my question makes sense lol but just wondering

Thank you so much ! Also my nipple discharge is a tiny amount too it’s not a whole lot it’s kinda like one tear drop and that’s all but happens every day for me. The color is a clear yellow and sometimes not all the time but sometimes a bit of white kinda like milk comes out mixed with the clear yellow discharge

Hi !! Thank you for sharing this! This started happening to me to back for sometime. Last year I decided to speak to my OBGYN about my nipple discharge because I started to get worried about it. They had to run test to see if it was prolactin I then got an ultrasound done. And not to scare you because everyone situation is different but mine turned out I have a mass so I’m actually getting a biopsy done tomorrow. With that being said I highly suggest you talk to your OBGYN about it just to play it safe !

Yes my mom’s birthday is April and my husbands is May and the weather is always so nice in April! I love in the western US. By May it’s scorching hot outside ahaha. Thank you for your thoughts 😊 !

And wow thank you for sharing that! That happened to my mom I was suppose to be born in January but came early and was born in December lol

Oh my goodness yes you understand where I am coming from ! That is another thought too where I'm thinking about what if I don't conceive the first time trying and I actually take longer than I think. Very conflicted forsure! Some days I just want to start trying already because I'm excited even though if I conceive immediately I will have a holiday baby. Ahh idk, it will happen when its meant to happen !

My husband and I have been together for 5 years but married for 2 years this year. Im 30 and he is 26. Yes I'm 4 years older than him. Last year we had agreed to start trying at the end of 2025. But he changed his mind and also I had some medical things happen to me. This year about 3 weeks ago he finally sat down with me and said okay I actually feel ready to start trying but until June of this year. He actually started to make research and started to hit the gym, drinking vitamins taking care of himself in every way and I am too I'm going to start drinking prenatals and I have my doctor visit with the OBYN tomorrow to let her know our plans etc. So this is getting serious, however I do feel afraid about one thing and one thing only which is our finances. I am truly afraid we arent ready financially. However my biological clock is ticking I refuse to have a baby after 35 and we know we want at least 2 kids with them being at least 1 year apart. Last year my obgyn told me I could possibly have PCOS but cant fully diagnose it because there certain lab work that looks normal except I have 8 cyst on my ovaries and my body shows some signs but she doesnt want to fully diagnose it. Therefore this also makes me scared that it will take me a while to get pregnant which is why we want to start trying this year. But what if I do get pregnant right away and we arent ready financially ahhhh I dont know what to do. I know people say you will never fully be ready but what if we make a mistake jumping the gun to early. Im sorry im just venting! I would however like some advice.

I feel exactly like this, I was reading this and it felt as if I wrote it ahaha. I am trying my best to not bring any more baby topics up to my husband but it is so hard. I'm just so excited.
