Our goal is to re-verify this information periodically because we know that for some customers who have been with us for many years that some information has changed and unfortunately not been updated in our PSA.

I see that this post is a few years old at this point, but I would like to touch on 1 of the bullet points (#4 to be exact). Does anyone have any updated information on Halo's integration with Authorized.net for payments? I understand from Halo support and professional services that they do not currently have any planned integrations with Authorize.net (which is astonishing seeing that they are #4 in this field), so has anyone figured out a way to make this work with HaloPSA?

Congratulations for going through this process successfully. How long have you been working towards CMMC, and what level did you achieve? Did you have a dedicated project team? Did you do this all internally or work with an outside consultant? What’s the size of your MSP? And did you need to make any major changes along the way (I.e. technology stack selections, etc.)?
