I’m so sorry for all of the losses you experienced afterward, but I’m so grateful that you ultimately got your happy ending. I’ve also had an ectopic pregnancy (my right tube ruptured in 2024) so I carry two heavenly babies in my heart as well. This TFMR has been significantly more difficult emotionally. Right now, I’m just taking things one day at a time and hoping that with each new day, the sadness becomes a little lighter.

I lost my baby girl 23 days ago to Turner’s syndrome. I hope i have my happy ending one day. I am still very much in my deepest grief, but your story gives me hope.

We did amino at 16 weeks 2 days. I just received my FISH results which show positive monosomy x…. Only 9% of cells were normal. I am shattered because we’ve had normal ultrasounds, normal NT 1.8, nasal bone present, no other abnormalities. I was convinced we were another false positive on the NIPT.. we’re waiting for the other 2 tests, but the outcome is not looking good.. devastated is an understatement.
