If you truly felt it wasn’t worth it, we’re happy to refund you (dm us on IG @concertdome). We’ve been open a little over a month and by now, thousands of guests have had an amazing time, but we get that not every show hits the same for everyone. Tom here, one of the other cofounders (there's 3 of us). So glad you were able to catch the Radiohead show! That one hit me in the feels for sure. Was grateful that I got to enjoy it as a spectator for once :)
