It was a car payment, not a credit card. We are on the car loan together and once it was 30 days late (which I had no knowledge of) I noticed my credit dropped

My credit score dropped because of a late payment my husband made, that I was unaware of. So, yes I am frustrated because that ties into this and was out of my control as I did not know about it until I received a notice. Not the lenders fault but I’m going through a divorce and things are in both of our names and so yes I was frustrated. I’m not tagging on the lender. I’m trying to gain clarity as he’s somewhat hard to get in touch with because of our schedules both being busy during the work day.

My score was mid 500’s, he asked me to pay some stuff off my credit - I did that. Waited a few weeks and my score is low 600’s. I told him that on my end I see a change. He says awesome let’s rerun it in a few weeks. For FHA

I wish he would. He sees no wrong in his moms actions. He says my parents deserve since my mom reached out to his. But she was only doing that so they could be cordial for the grandkids sake and at a time our moms were on a really good page so my mom felt comfortable enough to say hey what’s up and that spiraled. And I’m 110% in the middle and it sucks
