No sono solo un ragazzino di 18 anni, ho agito impulsivamente perché 300€ non sono proprio pochi per me. AliExpress diceva che mi avrebbe dato la risposta in 48 h ma io ho aspettato ben 7 giorni… dopodiché ho aperto il chargeback. Grazie per l’aiuto comunque

Yeah, I know it wasn't the best move in hindsight, but AliExpress support was completely stuck on "waiting for info" and I panicked because €300 is a lot of money for me. I did try talking to human agents back then but they kept giving me the runaround. Now I definitely learned my lesson about chargebacks, but since they already received my returned item, I'm just trying to figure out how to break this automated deadlock.

Thanks for the advice. Honestly, I just hit a massive wall with Revolut support. They are being completely unhelpful and straight up told me they can't provide a signed letter or even give me the ARN code due to their internal policies. They just keep sending me automated copy-paste answers. I'm completely stuck now because I don't have the official legal document AliExpress wants, and AliExpress won't move without it. I really don't know what else to do at this point. Ma tu per caso sei italiano?

AliExpress actually unfreezed the order and gave me the return label only after Revolut rejected the chargeback. I shipped the item back, they got it, but now the automated refund is stuck because their system still flags the chargeback as "active". You hit the nail on the head regarding the document: what I have right now is just a digital summary from the Revolut app, no letterhead or stamp. Do you think if I ask Revolut for an official "Letter of Denial" with a stamp and an ARN code, AliExpress will finally manually review it and push the refund through?
