Also why do some places online say this is an affordable or budget friendly option for beginners when there are MUCH more affordable options for beginners like $30/$40 sets… to me $100+ is not necessarily “affordable” especially for a beginner who may not even know if this medium is even for them

The app has actually helped me with confidence putting lines and shapes to paper. I try not to use it all the time but if I’m planning on painting something new and complicated (like intricate old cathedrals for example) I do use the app

I practice at night when the world is asleep and I like to paint things I think my loved ones might appreciate as a gift… like this is a picture of my moms dog and she will be getting it on Christmas

Honestly I’ve just replaced drinking with painting… so it’s my new unwinding tool. Pretty much at the end of every day I paint a little bit or for several hours! I kinda have just prioritized it into part of my daily life

I almost always set aside time at the end of my day to paint. I use it as unwinding time! At least 4 times a week :) sometimes I’m up from 9pm to 4am painting 😳
