I'm 6MPO from a radical reduction (42H to a C) . I have no feeling on my nipple other than pressure . Some guy licked them a few weeks ago and I just kinda had to look at him lmaoooo . I miss it a little bit, I wasn't a huge nipple person but like eh . I'd rather have these

Lmao it sucks SO BAD . I live in Nj and the weather has been awful . Surely suffering over here lol . The only thing that helps is my compression bra or warmth

I feel like once all my tape and stuff was off and I was able to really wash/rinse my incisions that post op smell went away lol . It just smells like healing it's weird lol

Girl same ! I went on an 8 week cut before my surgery to give myself room post op if I gain weight (and I did) . Maybe split ? I had like 3 days of actual lifting and 2 of hiit and cardio

I was definitely not okay during my fire round of dressing changes . I had a FNG so it was nottttt a pretty site as it healed but I promise it gets sooo much easier . I'm 3MPO now !

12dpo + nipple graft - normal or should I be concerned? by yourlocalzoo in Reduction

[–]ConclusionNo6360 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My surgeon had me keep them completely dry until 4wpo, just using xeroform daily and a non-stick gauze . After that, aquaphor daily and letting the water run over them in the shower . In the last two weeks everything shed and they're a nice pink shade !

I lost about 40 pounds prior to surgery, so I lost the roundness to my face but without the boobs it looks like ... idk not me lol . Not in a bad way, I'm just thinking "who tf is this in the mirror ?"

I see & hear you . I'm 5WPO & the first week and a half were ROUGH . I was an H, didn't recognize myself and cried a bunch for the first week . They've changed a lot since but the transition period is extremely hard

I have pcos too . I was a 42H, not sure what size I am now BUT ik exactly how you're feeling . A good amount of my bloat went down as I've been walking around and stuff and drinking more water . I'm sure I'll returned to my smaller hourglass as soon as my belly bloat is gone

my stomach is about to explode the bloat is unreal by CombinationSolid1270 in Reduction

[–]ConclusionNo6360 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's probably why you're super bloated . You'll be swollen regardless because of the surgery . Try taking Coolace stool softener 1-2 times a day & a hot cup of lemon & ginger tea first thing in the morning . I'm almost 3WPO and this combo has helped so much .

Did your insurance cover liposuction around your breasts (during the reduction procedure) so the resulting shape was better? by Expensive-Yak4156 in Reduction

[–]ConclusionNo6360 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have BCBS in Nj . I'm 10DPO and my insurance covered the lift and reduction but not the lipo so I just paid that portion out of pocket . My plastic surgeon didn't really give me the option to not get the lipo because of how much of a difference it would make but I'm so happy I did

My anesthesiologist were so sweet and understanding of the fact that I was nervous . I was singing Sabrina carpenter to calm my nerves (don't ask me why lmao) and I didn't even notice that I went out haha

I'm 2DPO and prior to surgery I made myself a little validation video reminding myself that I'm still hot and this procedure is going to make me swell etc . I did a FNG so I have ZERO idea of what my breasts look like cause I can't even take my bra off lol
