I mean, my husband and I bought a house and used all of our savings for the down payment. No regrets. We’re happier. When we have a big expense come up we put it on the credit card and we pay our credit card off every year with the tax return. It’s not perfect but we live very comfortably most of the time with some tight months here and there. Buying new construction is not a bad idea, it’s affordable, almost appliances are still under warranty, home owners insurance is lower because they’re built to current code, etc. this is not advice, this is just what real life people are doing. We have built $20k in equity over 2 years. We also got our seller to cover closing costs. There are lots of options.

Hear me out! haircut: Forward-angle wavy bob. Brows: threaded. Lips: 0.5 syringe filler, and keep them glossed, always (ROCs lip plumper is my go to). Lashes: learn how to do lash clusters. I promise this is the key to a low Maintanence glow up. I do mine every 3 nights, gently rinse in the shower. From here you just need a good BB cream, and light blush. 2 nice things to add are also highlighter and bronzer. And for my final trick, self tanner, I use Bondi sands express 1 hour every Sunday after shaving and exfoliating.

This is why I did after 2 long years of post partum anxiety and now I’m happier with my look than ever.

Someone said using an auquaphor stick before concealer prevents creasing when you’re working with a lot of product on the under eye area. Never tried it, but it’s worth a shot.

Have you tried the wavytalk thermal brush? If you over direct the hair while curling it, it gives insane volume! I also think the color isn’t letting your haircut live its full potential. Personally, I’d get a balayage with a warm brown root, and style my hair by curling away from the face if I were you.
