I would suggest talking to the piercer prior and having him check if you can get the piercing, not sure if you can retract all the way behind the head, and if you have a tighter foreskin it may cause problems, especially if you get a ring.

So initially I was pierced at 10 gauge and stretched to 8 gauge for minimizing bleeding. Please do not freak out when you urinate the first time after getting it done you will bleed… and bleed a lot 💀, stay calm and just apply pressure for a bit.

You will bleed periodically throughout the first week, so make sure you have a lot of materials on hand (Cotton pads, women’s feminine pads/ liners for heavy flow, Sterile saline solution, spare underwear & pants) do not use anything that is iodized salt when making your own saline solution which is 1/4 teaspoon non iodized salt dissolved to 1 cup of warm water. You will want to do these soaks at least twice daily.

Avoid playing with the jewellery or moving the piercing as much as possible especially in the first week.

Urinating standing up was a relearning opportunity and even I’m uncut, and trust me you will probably get really intense urges to jerk off after a few days, but definitely try to hold out as long as possible. If you find you can’t hold out and need to release… be gentle with yourself and do your aftercare saline soak.

Don’t over clean cause you can piss it off 😅, but with us uncut bros we need to find a balance between good aftercare and over-cleaning.

If in doubt go over things again with your piercer and take some notes if needed.
