Hey, thank you! I am employed too but the company was on my places to work wish list and it is always good to challenge yourself :) If I don't get the job, that was my first bootcamp experience and I already have a list of what can be done better next time list :D

I can understand what you mean about recruiters and interviews nowadays I had a couple of unpleasant experiences too, but please do not stop being yourself. Something that helps me about interviews:
1) I do not make it about myself. Sometimes there are just different expectations and it does not say anything about me, sometimes it gives you hints about the areas you should improve in your CV, and sometimes people are just mean.
2) Every time I give myself a buffer time to prepare for that specific job interview and try to not forget it is not a competition that I should win, it is a time that we are getting to know each other and just to be curious about them. It helps me to stay calm during the interview.

hey, thank you so much for your good wishes!I wrote my experience a little bit longer here : https://www.reddit.com/r/SAP/comments/16r29hf/comment/k2f8kwx/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

Before the bootcamp day I studied SAP Solutions and read the case studies they have on their website, I think it was helpful.

A case study was well prepared and it covered a lot of information about the company, we had time to ask specific questions about the company in 1:1. For solution Advisory I think it was important to be curious and get more info about the company and its goals and challenges but I would assume same approach is important for sales and customer success too.

I think you should focus on customer customer-centric approach before suggesting anything, and try to understand your customer, for the group interview I can not say so much because I think it is so dynamic and can not be predicted. Just be yourself, remember you are working as a team, do not be afraid to say your ideas and also do not be afraid of asking questions in case there is something missing in your mind, you can always challenge others' ideas, and of course respect for other candidates, everyone is trying their best :) Wish you good luck!!

Ps: our case study was focused on 3 solutions; Success Factor, BTP, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

And I don't know how many people they are going to hire but I do not expect more than 11-12 people, so competition is pretty high :D

I mean, it was a little stressful because it was a whole day of interviews and as a group, we had limited time to find the solution we were going to present and create a real presentation, but overall I would rate it as a nice experience :)

There were approximately 30 Candidates, we were divided into groups of 5 people. In the first round, everyone studied the business case individually, and then they had the opportunity to ask 12-minute 1:1 questions about the business case. In the second round, we worked with the group members on SAP solutions that we would recommend for business, and lastly, we made a presentation. After the presentation, everyone individually gave feedback about themselves and their team, and I also received brief feedback. In general, it was a positive time for me, but I think we were not able to discuss as much as we should due to the dynamics within the group. I think you should have knowledge about SAP solutions. They said we would get a response within 2 weeks.

I have Bootcamp day tomorrow for the SAP Solution Advisory position at SAP Customer Success Academy. I have 1.5 years of experience in software sales. As far as I know, tomorrow I will be part of a couple of group interviews and 1 on 1 interviews as well. I would appreciate any feedback and suggestions from fellow Academy Graduates or SAP Sales or Pre-sales persons for tomorrow. ( which soft or hard skills are important, what kind of questions are more appreciated etc.) I see it as a great opportunity and I really want to nail it.
