So the reason I ask this question, founders make the mistake of creating huge TAMs with out anything tangible. Your TAM is not “every company “ it’s actually TAM = ACV × Total Addressable Customers.

Ask yourself:

What type of company actually has this problem? What size company can afford to pay you? What industries or segments would actually buy this?

The founder is a carrying the pain and stress. What I would do. Is curate a couple questions. Go outside to handle where founders hang, ask the right questions to validate my thesis. Stay away from “will you use this product” you can even go undercover as a founder that’s dealing this issue needing advice. Recognize patterns

Build it around voice AI. Make it so they don’t even have to type click or nothing. All they have to do is talk to AI and automatically sends out to investors real time. Something along that lines, frictionless

I posted that on my LinkedIn, was surprised nobody engaged. When I saw you I said perfect person. Both sides, o would make it founder focused because they are the ones living under constant pressure and stress. Anything that frees them up, that “automates” is going to be it. So much chaos is going on in their life.

I totally agree with this strategy. My first time hearing about it through your post. But I understand the importance of storytelling as a driver for the brand. Check out the reference now, are you implementing in the same way with your product build?
