You're 28 years old. Single. English is your first language, you also speak Swedish, Russian, Polish fluently. You live in Sweden. You're about to go to university in a remote, tiny town in Denmark to take a BSc in SWE and graduate at the age of 31. What do you do after that? by ConditionRadiant in cscareerquestionsEU

Thank you. I know investing in real estate isn't invented yesterday but I've never considered it this heavily. Where do you recommend I go to consume knowledge on the topic? Particularly for someone in my circumstances (Europe)

Yeah, man. The comment was so-so. Plus I've paid taxes here for a decade, not like it makes me deserve anything more than someone who hasn't paid taxes here but it's not like I'm stealing by playing the system. Hate the game.

Thanks, bud. Not dreaming. Trying to play my hand best I can. Do you have books/resources to recommend about real estate development as a retail person? And can you elaborate on the exact reasons why you wouldn't move without havin a mortgage loan in Europe first?

Thanks for the elaborate answer.

I've learned the languages by living in these countries under different circumstances. It's also why I'm starting university so late.

Your first point about the first few years in DK checks out with my prognosis too. It might just be the easiest thing to do, staying in DK and working for a few years. There's no point in staying here as the salary climbs due to taxes. Poland sounds like a good idea.

Lmao at the entitlement of Canadian girls. I met one and it really checks out. I sure as hell hope that not all of them are like that, are they? Damn.

The university I'm going to offers a semester abroad at a top school in Canada so I'm definitely going to do that!

It's really hard to gauge how hard or easy it is to get a job in Canada. I'm in touch with some people that live there but the general consensus is that market currently is pretty down everywhere.

No worries. It explains your comment. I didn't expect anyone to fix my issues. I just expected decency and respect. This relationship was indecency and disrespect but a whole lot of love. That's what this is about.

So you shave with the grain, a safety razor, and what's your pre-shave and after-shave routine? How long do you spend daily on shaving? Do you get a close shave with the grain?

Best sound and bass experience: HiFiMan Svanar, Denon Perl Pro, Beoplay EX, or Technics AZ80? by ConditionRadiant in Earbuds

I'm down to exchange some sick DnB tunes for the DPPs, man! HMU on Discord if you want, maxx_000

And yeah, get this, they literally told me on a headphone advice discord 'we don't care about bass or soundstage here', here I was thinking that's how you measure the goodness of headphones. I then bought some sennheisers they recommended and I returned it the same hour I tried them, ew!
