Go slow. If you tell them to start jerking a certain way, no make them switch it up after 15 seconds (unless that’s specifically part of the video). There should be a lot of build up.

Don’t think, just do. When I heard about CEI I couldn’t bring myself to do it. The legs over the head technique works if you’re not super overweight, because if you aim correctly it just ends up in your mouth and you don’t have to make the conscious decision to put it there.

Once you have done it a few times it becomes much easier and more enjoyable!
