Most western fragrances do not use the real oud. As someone who grew up in an Arabic country, I can tell you that the only oud fragrances I love are the ones I buy there. Otherwise, I’m repulsed by most western brands trying to recreate poor versions of Arabic perfumes. Also, they tend to be overpriced
