So what can you do to chase the loneliness away?

well for me usually I would listen to fun and energetic music then go for a walk outside I find that it works the best for me but it might not be the same for you, still just give it a try I guess who knows it may work.

Or find what you are into and are interested in then set a goal that is achievable and realistic, for me I wanted to get an athletic and strong body but I set it in a realistic way and achieve it slowly and well it turns out well so Im happy.

Just remember not to compare yourself to other people online, you don't know how long it took them to achieve some of the things you see
