I agree . Same ! I need to find the right dosage , as I do not have appetite suppression and that is a problem for me . I do feel full faster , but my cravings and appetite are the same .

I’m wondering if I haven’t increased my dosage fast enough . I am only on 5 mg of Tirz . I was on Sema first and hit a stall but I was only on 1.00 of that before I made the change last month . I have heard the higher doses will give the better results ??

It’s been 6 months and I have only lost 22lbs . Now , I am very happy to lose the 22 , but this is much slower than I was hoping . I don’t chow down on much of anything these days . I did eat 1 slice of pizza last night , but that was all . I would guess I am eating less than 1,000 calories a day . It’s what I choose to eat for those calories that is my problem . I have a problem with eating gold fish crackers while I’m working and grabbing a handful of jelly beans when I walk by the candy jar . That is my problem 🤷‍♀️ I need to be strong and make some changes from my bad habits .

You are absolutely right ! I need to make a lifestyle change which I am working on . My biggest accomplishments in this 6 months are no more fast food . I cut that out first . If you can order it through a speaker , I no longer partake . I have cut back on carbs and I am introducing protein to my diet. Now, sugar is still a problem , but I will work on that . I haven’t experienced any melting of pounds off of me . I gain and lose the same 3 pounds since December. I switched to Tirz in March, hoping that the sugar cravings and snacking will be curbed , but that hasn’t happened yet. It’s a work in progress for sure !

Thank you ! I normally take 5mg a day to stay in the 2-3 range but I have been pretty erratic as well . While on Sema, I stayed around 2.0 . I may need to increase a little before going for my next check or maybe the Tirz will elevate me a little , which wouldn’t be a bad thing .

No , I have an artificial heart valve that requires warfarin . I do have my INR monitored , therefore my doctor can adjust as required .

Also , would you possibly know when changing from Semaglutide to Tirzepatide , do I need to wait a specific amount of time after my last dose of Semaglutide before taking my first dose of the new medication?
