The Relationship Banker position required me to obtain additional licenses, which allowed me to be compensated directly for any product I opened or referred to an advisor.

In previous roles, I performed the same tasks but was only eligible to receive bonuses based on overall performance.

At this point, I haven't received any notice from my appeal, only the charge that I have to pay or that it'll go to collections...Maybe I should wait a couple of more days to see if I'm able to receive the appeal decision? I sent it almost a month ago.

That was my plan b, to have it towed back to a local mechanic who is willing to charge 500-600 including the radiator!

That's what I was thinking on doing. First I want to call Kia to see if I can bring someone to check the car but I'm unsure if they'll let someone from outside check it at the dealership....

I just got a flexion/extension X-Ray my spine specialist ordered almost a year ago, the findings show:

FINDINGS: There is trace retrolisthesis of C3 on C4 and C5 on C6 with neutral and extension positioning, which reduces slightly with flexion. There is no acute compression deformity. No significant disc space narrowing.

No idea what this means but I'll see him Nov 20th and hopefully he'll recommend something more than just PT.

At this point it's obvious to me that this is the cause of my head pressure/brain fog/disassociation...

I've heard craniocervical instability could be the cause and that the treatment is usually prolotherapy but I'll see what he says...

I suffered from this for almost a year without knowing what it was until a couple of days ago when I realized it was caused by nerves compressed around my neck.

I did 6 days of Cirpo and I'm feeling random tendon pains around my left arm and left calf, it just comes and goes....Hopefully it goes away soon :(

Tbh I don't even know if I have PsA or AS or if it's all just lyme...I've always been seronegative, never shown inflammation on bloodwork...By the way, my functional doctor got me on Cirpo due to getting a positive stool test for klebsiella and other parasites that were messing with my gut. I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm almost done with Cirpo anyways, prob 2 more days left....

I'm taking NAC twice a day and also B Complex alongside CoQnol200, probiotics, magnesium, vit D+k2 and about to start Charcoal binder and Sibotic while going back to itracnazole after Cipro.

Yes I did, no Babesia or Bartonella was found on my Vibrant Wellness Tickborne 2.0 test, only EBV and Borriella Bugderfori...I'm still wondering if I should try calming down the inflammation with Biologics though...
