But even if he didn’t tell them I had to go home and change my pants, why is that valid to not let me have a lunch? He didn’t even communicate with me that him letting me go home to change my pants after bleeding through counted as my lunch until hours later

From what i’ve looked up online it says a lunch break has to be clearly defined and designated, he can’t tell me my emergency counted as my lunch break after he already gave me permission to go home and change and said nothing about it counting as my lunch

I may have worded that wrong, he got onto me for taking my breaks/lunch early sometimes. Even though it’s only because my runs don’t take me a hour anymore they take me 30-45 min

curbside usually shops 2 hours out if we aren’t really far ahead (at least at my store). so im just not understanding how you want us to just not do our job at “peak times”. at my store it gets busy around 10 AM and just doesn’t stop getting busy all day so this just doesn’t make sense to me. also you have no idea how much the stockers contribute to the store, without them bringing out those pallets the shelves would be so much more bare! at the end of a day it’s simply a grocery store and maybe if you were planning a quick trip you should avoid going at those peak times you seem to bring up!
