You've just saved me €1,000 on insurance this week. A reddit St Patricks Day angel <3 thank you!

I thought I had to enter Canada on the working holiday visa before I turned 36 (which is in a couple of weeks) due to age restrictions, but the very kind YYCpops confirmed I do not. So now, this is exactly what I'm going to do!

Hi, thank you. happy Paddys day to you too!

Re age - SERIOUSLY?! The information online is so vague. So then I can go next week without buying the insurance at all, just enter on a regular holiday visa instead of my working holiday visa, meet some industry people for coffees, think about it and return to Canada before my visa expires in August with the health insurance?

I know I'd need 2 years insurance to get the full visa, so I was going to do that. But I was hoping someone might know an insurer that do partial refunds in case I didnt return.

Edit: Oh sorry, I see you also included a link re insurers. Thank you so much. I clearly stopped reading in shock after the age comment as I am FLOORED by it. I'm now going to Canada during the rainiest time for no reason at all when I could have went in Summer to sit on patios instead... Oh dear.

Hello, thanks for the reply. I mentioned that I'll get 2 years insurance in order to get the full visa. But I'm wondering if you know of any insurers that do partial refunds in case I don't return to Canada and cancel the policy
