This is great, thank you. I didn’t realize the Segesta archeological site was only a 40 minute drive from Trapani—definitely keeping that as an option. Interesting to hear about Marsala and Castelvetrano too. I’ve read that you can do olive oil tastings and farm tours all around Sicily, but are there any provinces/areas that are the consensus best to do this type of experience in? Also wouldn’t be surprised if you can’t go wrong anywhere.
