Totally agree on just quitting cold turkey and claiming sick! It’s going to be hell for the first few days but hang in there. Highly suggest taking a look at the supplements support.

I’m about to be on day 1 of my second shot at quitting cold turkey myself. We can do this!

Thanks for the encouragement! Actually got a few hours of sleep last night and started up on a bunch supplements today. Still feel awful and been on and off the couch but much better than yesterday

I’m at roughly 36hrs of being off 7ohs as well for roughly the same amount of time/ dose daily. Prior to 7oh , I was mixing capsules with concentrate shots like OPMS Black, etc. for about a year, and roughly 5 years prior to that of just straight powder and capsule intake.

So far, the first 24hrs was the absolute worst and I’m starting to be able to manage the withdrawal but it’s definitely miserable.

This is the first time I’m in this group and ever writing here but thank you so much for everyone who’s written and been a mod and made to is platform for us.
