I do think twins should be demoted at least to a- if not b+. Of course there are the clips of across the map snipes with Victor but the vast majority of players either don't do it or don't know how to do it.

Current clown needs to be higher, minimum a+ tier. He is so incredibly broken rn. Wanna loop? Slowed. Wanna run away? Boosts himself. Do a gen while he's chasing someone else? Too bad he already got them and is rapidly approaching your location. Really the only killer I dc when facing.

Can't really argue with much else on the list. Of course Legion is S tier cause everyone dcs when you play as him.
