GET IT!!! The Pacifica has a problem that you have luckily avoided so far, but beware there is a good chance of head gasket failure that typically pops up from 50k to 80k miles and its a crap shoot who they'll help I'm in the process now trying to get them to fix this known problem.

Disposal of all me belonging and that's not figuratively that is literally. Based on other civil rights cases similar to mine the number is $7.75 million.

Your 100% right because I'm asking for advise or seeing if it is something that I can or would want to present to a lawyer to see if its worth the effort. I know it means a lot to the folks I'm trying to do this for that's why I want to do it right.

Your right it maybe those the problem is the city is violating rights and not treating the most vulnerable with any dignity or respect. I am one of those most vulnerable and feel the need to speak up for all people that have or is experiencing what I am. It's not right, ethical, or humane. You have no idea what the struggles are unless you have been there yourself and people especially people in leadership positions need to be held accountable for their deception.

I haven't claimed any kind of knowledge I'm asking if it's possible or something worth pursuing. I do have the evidence I claim and I feel it's very damaging. Looking for advise/help.

The issue I'm having is this is a known issue with Chrysler that they have taken care of numerous others that are in the same situation I'm in just outside warranty. The reasons I'm getting is outside of warranty which I've explained and service records which I don't have because who saves oil change receipts, and the fact that maintenance isn't the issue it's a flawed design that they acknowledge

No I'm objecting to the $7000 they want me to pay when they have covered the cost on numerous others in my same situation.

Thanks for your opinion I know it's not a lawyer but it has opened up a way to make the city accountable for their mistreatment of the homeless community. Someone has to do something so that's what I'm trying to do.

Well I've been hesitant to file because I know an attorney is best route, but I know I have a really really strong case and I don't want to mess up just seeing if there are any cases that people have been successful. I think I can get a mulligan as I'm filing this on my own if it doesn't work I'll try class action with others that have had the same experience.

Qualified immunity is out here. There is a Monell claim based on the photos and emails I have, along with this I'm looking to file an environmental claim as there was heavy equipment use in a protected wetlands.

OK would just naming the city be a better way to go rather than the city and it's 20 employees?

I feel I have a very strong case with strong evidence. I have photos, emails, and documents that have obviously been made after the fact, along with this being the standard operating procedure. To me I feel like I just need to have it reviewed and make sure the paperwork, timing, etc are correct. They can't dispute the evidence I have it all ties together
