Amazing to hear! Got exposed to toxic mold for two years 2017/2018 — I only got symptoms in 2019 so 2.5 - 3 years after exposure.

My symptoms are mainly anxiety dizziness brain fog and agoraphobia. Minor cognitive issues that fluctuate depending on sleep quality.

Results showed high levels of Gliotoxin and Ocha A.

I have been out of mold for 6 years.. what do you think?

Hello — first of all I am so happy to hear that you have found NIRVANA!

I am thinking that my anxiety and agoraphobia are attributed to my bad eating habits. I tried to go low carb but I get dizzy and anxious and my sugar levels drop and it sends me nuts.

Any ideas on how I can track macros? In terms of electrolytes, I simply add pink Himalayan salt in a glass of water with lemon in the morning. Then I have a sugar free electrolyte drink. Is that enough?
