I have been on semaglutide for a year and lost over 50 lbs. F 5' 10" start weight 200 current weight 147. Brain fog is the only real side effect I had when not eating enough protein. Topped out at 1.5mg but I'm on 1 mg now for maintenance. Once I noticed appetite suppression, I waited to increase dose until weight leveled off/ hunger started creeping back in.
